User is not able to connect to the S drive. I remoted into their machine to see what the shared drive path is:\\ksom-fs1\dept-shares\ZNIAdmin\I tried to ping the machine (68.181.143.130) but got a timed out error message. User has restarted the computer, but is still having this issue.
